Doing the Backstroke in Goat Cheese…
Okay, that’s obviously a bit of hyperbole in the title, but I do adore goat cheese!
Last night’s Spanish Supper Fail wasn’t a complete disaster because during my foray to the market, I did discover a delicious roasted red pepper goat cheese (on sale!) and a crispy-on-the-outside, soft-on-the-inside loaf of Tuscan-style bread to slather with said goat cheese.
Together, they salvaged my supper, and inspired me to dream up other flavors that I could create using a plain goat cheese base — preferably as soon as possible!
